Vedic Rounding (Vedic Yoga)

Learn the Art of Vedic Rounding. 

Rounding is a process where yoga asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing technique), meditation and rest are practiced in a specific sequence.

This sequence is designed to bring a quality of expansion and calmness to the mind while improving flexibility, suppleness and general wellbeing. Practiced regularly rounding can greatly enhance deeper experiences in meditation.

A course in Vedic Rounding will give you practical understanding and experience. Once learned, the sequence can be easily practiced at home as a complement to your meditation practice. 

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely! 

We will end the Vedic Rounding Course with Meditation. 


It is a pre-requisite to have completed the course in Vedic meditation and have established a regular home practice prior to taking this course.

note: Vedic Rounding doesn't require an advanced level of fitness, and can be modified according to each person's health and fitness levels. However, if you have any significant physical injuries which may be affected by yoga postures, it is advisable that you speak to the teacher prior to session.
