Group Meditation


Once you have completed our course in Vedic meditation you are welcome to attend our group meditations free of charge. 

Students find these sessions to be very supportive, and a great way to stay on track, as they continue to refine their personal practice. 

During these sessions, there is also an opportunity to ask Judy any questions you might have about your daily meditation and experiences, which helps to further develop your knowledge and deepen your understanding.
