Advanced Technique

In order to receive an Advanced technique, it is necessary to have completed the 4 day introductory course in Vedic meditation, and have been practicing constantly for at least one year. 

Further advanced techniques can be added in one year intervals.

Advanced techniques are taught by private appointment over 2 sessions. 

DAY 1 - Advanced Technique Initiation - 1 hour private booking

DAY 2 - Advanced Technique follow up - 1 hour private booking
