Free Group Meditation and Q&A session

Once you have completed the 4 day course in Vedic meditation you are welcome to attend our group meditations / Q&A free of charge. 

These sessions are very supportive, and a great way to stay on track as you continue to refine your personal practice. During the session we will enjoy a deep dive into the meditation practice and there will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you might have about your daily meditation and experiences, which helps to further develop your knowledge and deepen your understanding.
